PSHE – well-being

 Today we have looked at different ways to support our physical and emotional well-being. We had a daily mile, workout and mindfulness colouring with music.


 This week we have designed our own jam tarts. We considered what flavour of seasonal jams we use and what shapes. Next week we will make and evaluate our final ones.
